•  After Daphne has been informed that payment for the purchase of a particular product has been made , the product ( s) will be delivered to the customer by shipping the product to the address provided by the customer on the site ,   provided that it is a physical , existing , clear and controlled address with the name of the recipient provided to Daphne and that can be easily located .    

• " Dafni "   is entitled to change, at its sole discretion, any detail of the specifications of any of the products published on the site and / or in any other place where its products are published .  Such change shall include :  price ,  weight ,  quality ,  features ,  design and any other feature relevant to the product .  

•  All prices listed on the  " Dafni "   website are in new shekels and include VAT and are subject to the provisions of the law that will apply if and when the VAT rate changes and / or if a new tax / fee / levy is imposed according to any law .

•  It is agreed that any dispute between  " Dafni "   and a customer or third party will  be resolved according to the laws of the State of Israel and that the dispute will be resolved exclusively in the competent court in the city of Tel Aviv .

" Daphne " –  Privacy Policy 

• " Daphne "   strives to take reasonable steps to secure the information provided by a user .  However, it is clarified that  " Daphne "   cannot guarantee its computer ,  information and communication systems complete security against intrusion by people or the operation of programs with malicious intent, nor can it be guaranteed to hermetically prevent unauthorized intrusion for the purpose of copying information and / or prohibited use of the site . "   Daphne "   will not bear any responsibility ,  direct or indirect ,  in cases of theft  or copying of identity and  / or payment information or any use of information provided by the user on the site .

( d )  If a claim is raised or Daphne suspects that the customer has committed an act and / or omission that harms and / or may harm Daphne and / or anyone on its behalf and / or any third parties . 

( e )  If a claim is made or Dafni suspects that the customer has used the service to commit an illegal act and / or to enable ,  facilitate ,  assist and / or encourage the commission of such an act ; 

( f )  If a claim is raised or Daphne suspects that the customer has violated any of the terms of the regulations and / or any agreement with Daphne and / or with anyone on its behalf ; 

( g )  If and to the extent required for Daphni's activities ,  such as transferring details to employees ,  subcontractors and other entities that are partners or involved in operating Daphni's marketing activities .  The customer will have no claim or demand against Daphni in connection with the provision of their details as aforesaid and they hereby waive any such claim and / or claim .

•  Filling out the registration form and / or filling in the customer's details and additional details on the site constitutes the customer's consent that his details and any data that will be produced based on the analysis of these details and any information about him that has come to Daphne's attention and / or will come to Daphne's attention ,  will be held in one or more databases of Daphne or someone on its behalf ,  and that this information will be used in accordance with the following purposes :

• It  is further agreed that such information will be considered the property of the Company and the Customer hereby waives any claim for use and / or ownership of such information ,  including waiving any claim under the Privacy Protection Law ,  1981. Dafni will not be considered to be in breach of a privacy obligation or to be violating a user's privacy due to any information , as defined in the Computer Law, 1995 , that could identify a user or allow him to be traced by another , and which results from the use of electronic means of communication in general and computer communication in particular .      

•  The customer confirms that he is aware that he is not legally obligated to provide his details or any other information and that the provision of the above information is done of his free will and with his consent .  The customer hereby expressly agrees to the aforementioned use of the details he has provided and confirms that their use will not be considered a violation of privacy and will not entitle him to any remedy and / or compensation whatsoever .   

•  Customers who wish not to receive inquiries via direct mailing will notify us in writing on the company's website  daphne-farm.com  or via the removal mechanism that will be found in each mailing, in which case Daphne will act in accordance with the instruction given to it .  For the avoidance of doubt ,  Daphne will still be entitled to use the details of the registrants for the purposes specified in Section  3  above ,  subject to maintaining the privacy of the registrants and in accordance with applicable law .

" Daphne " –  Shipping and Return Policy  

•  Products purchased from Daphne will be shipped only via the mail and / or a courier company as advertised from time to time on the site .  It will not be possible to receive a product other than via the aforementioned shipping method . 

•  Product deliveries will only be made in areas where the delivery and shipping companies provide service during the normal course of business .

•  In an area of ​​Israel where delivery service is not provided by the post office or by the aforementioned shipping company ,   " Dafni "   may require the customer to provide an alternative address for product delivery at the location where the service is provided .   

•  A customer who wishes to receive a product at an address outside the borders of the State of Israel is required to coordinate shipping options with  " Dafni ",  unless it is specified on the site regarding this product that it can be received by shipment abroad and to the requested country . 

•  " Dafni "   has no control over the distribution areas of the post office or the shipping companies , and the user will not have any claim, demand or claim against  " Dafni "   for the shipment or for refusing to ship to a particular country ,  region or locality . 

•  In any case,  " Dafni "   will not be responsible for any delay in delivery of a shipment resulting from the provision of incorrect details by the user or delays that depend on the post office and / or the shipping company . •  After product delivery . A product may be returned to " Daphne " up to 14 days after receipt as long as it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging . Opening the packaging will be considered use of the product unless " Daphne " has given its prior written consent to return such a product , despite opening the packaging .            

•  If a customer has not  " closed "  his order ,  including due to failure to enter complete details or due to entering incorrect details , then 3 days after the date of placing the order that was not "closed " as stated , " Dafni " will be entitled to cancel the order , delete any registration regarding it and sell the product to another person at its discretion .          

•  A customer who receives the product he purchased from  " Daphne "   is required to inspect the product he received immediately upon receipt in order to examine its compliance with the order and / or the order documents . 

•  If a customer who receives a product from Dafni discovers a  " non-conformity "  in the product that is such that he believes the transaction should be canceled ,  or the product should be replaced ,  and / or if the customer has a question about the product and / or the order that was delivered ,  he must contact "Dafni" immediately and within 4 business  days  from the date of receipt of the product . If it becomes clear to " Dafni " that the product delivered to the customer is substantially defective or does not substantially correspond to the order , " Dafni " will take care to repair the defect if possible , or will provide the customer with a replacement product and / or will refund his money in the same way in which the payment was made , all at Dafni's sole discretion , and a condition for such " repair of defect " may be the return of the defective product to Dafni .
